WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE TRIP?
- You must 21 or older to join us on this trip.
- We will be spending time on our feet, walking up to 2-3 hours on stairs, uneven terrain, and cobblestone streets, likely in warm temps. We ask that you consider these physical conditions.
DO I NEED TRIP INSURANCE?
- Travel insurance helps cover your trip from unplanned changes or emergencies and is a requirement to participate in this trip. Travel insurance must be purchased within 5 days of your initial trip deposit.
- We will provide insurance options and prices.
WHAT IS THE CANCELATION POLICY?
- If this trip needs to be canceled for any safety or COVID-19 reasons, it will be rescheduled for a future date OR your funds will be applied to a future trip.
- Your travel insurance policy will be in place to help cover other cancelations.
- Please note: your 30% deposit to secure your space is non-refundable.
DO I NEED A PASSPORT?
- A valid passport is required to travel to Europe. Your passport must not expire before April 1, 2026.
WHAT IS THE SIZE OF THE GROUP?
- We require a minimum of 14 travelers in order to proceed with the trip. The trip is limited to a max of 18 travelers.
- If we do not meet the minimum amount, the per-person cost may increase. If this occurs, we will reach out to each individual to inform them of the additional cost.
I DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO TRAVEL WITH, CAN I TRAVEL ON MY OWN?
- Yes you can! You are welcome whether you are a solo traveler, or plan to have a partner or friend join you.
- Because rooms are double occupancy, with the exception in Paros, we will work with you to pair you with someone of your gender. You will also have the option to request a single room for an additional cost.
WILL THERE BE FREE TIME?
- We have curated this itinerary to include some of the best things in each area, while allotting time to explore or relax on your own. You will have a free evening in Athens, two evenings and one full day at your leisure in Paros, and one evening in Santorini to spend as you wish.
DO I HAVE TO SHARE A ROOM?
- The trip price is packaged as double occupancy in Athens and Santorini. In Paros, every traveler will have their own room.
- You have the option to request a single room for an additional cost.
WHAT'S THE PURPOSE OF TRAVELING IN SEPTEMBER?
- It's an excellent time to visit Greece! Known as "shoulder season" because it is at the end of the season of traditionally high traffic, the weather is still beautiful but typically more temperate than the hot summer months.
- The islands begin closing in October.
I WANT TO STAY LONGER THAN 8 NIGHTS! CAN I EXTEND MY TRIP?
- Of course! If you’d like to travel early, stay later, or add other travels, we will work with you to ensure a seamless transition. We can also assist with your planning.
IF THE TRIP FILLS UP, CAN I JOIN THE WAIT LIST?
- If we reach a maximum of 18 confirmed travelers, we will have a waiting list based on a first-come, first-serve basis.
